  3. This playable demo allows you to watch and/or play Invasion of the Mutant
  4. Space Bats of Doom. Available for play are three rounds of battle and
  5. one bonus round. This gives you a chance to enjoy yourself and decide if
  6. this game's for you.
  7.  
  8. You have three major goals:
  9.  
  10. 1. Stay Alive! Use evasive maneuvers to avoid Space Bats and their weapons.
  11.  
  12. 2. Eliminate Space Bats! Fire your guns with careful timing to better
  13.    protect yourself.
  14.  
  15. 3. Power Up! Many Space Bats carry power-crystals with them. When you
  16.    hit such a Space Bat its power crystal will pop out. Grab it before it
  17.    weaves by. Use the key-window to see what each color crystal does.
  18.  
  19. If you are skilled enough, you can survive the entire onslaught of the
  20. Mutant Space Bats of Doom, and become Earth's greatest hero.

  23. Requirements:

  25. The game runs under DOS on a PC compatible. It should be a fast PC- a 386
  26. or 486 is fine.
  27.  
  28. Memory: 550K of free memory is required to run the game with digital sound.
  29. 530K is required to run it without digital sound.
  30.  
  31. Graphics: The game runs under EGA or VGA, but VGA users will be treated
  32. to better graphics.
  33.  
  34. Sound: The game supports music and digital sound-effects on Sound Blaster
  35. compatibles. No setup is necessary. If you run into problems, try disabling
  36. DIGITAL SOUND under the SOUND menu, and if there are still problems,
  37. select PC SPEAKER instead of SOUND CARD (also in the SOUND menu).
